Personal involvement at iA
At iA Financial Group, we have a vision: to be an engaged company that works with its stakeholders for the betterment of individuals and the community so that everyone becomes a catalyst for betterment, today and in the future. That’s why we encourage our employees, retirees and representatives to become actively involved in their community.
This commitment is the perfect complement to our sustainability initiatives, which are deeply rooted in our values.
How to get involved How to get involved virtuallyUnited Way
All year long and especially in the fall through a special campaign, iA Financial Group raises funds for United Way across Canada. For this campaign, employees at our various service centres and subsidiaries join forces to help people in need. Thanks to our collective efforts, we’ve raised more than a million dollars each year since 2014.
You can also get involved as an ambassador and encourage your colleagues to take part in the campaign!
iA Day of Caring
In 2017, as part of the company’s 125th anniversary celebrations, a day of support was organized across the country. Over 2,000 employees took part in close to 45 activities. Many said they’d like to do it again.
Every year since then, the iA Day of Caring has been held on the first Friday of May.
It’s the perfect opportunity to take action as a team and make a real difference.
