The Financial Risk Oversight and Analytics team, which operates across Canada, used a key team moment to combine business with pleasure. In collaboration with the Moisson Quebec food bank, team members prepared 500 bowls of soup.
“Volunteering with the Moisson Quebec food bank was an enriching experience for the entire team. We’re so glad to have helped out,” said team member, Prescillia Rossi.
Touched by their involvement, iA Financial Group spiced things up with a donation, made under its donation policy for employees who get involved in their community.
For every dollar donated, the Moisson Quebec food bank is able to provide the equivalent of $13 worth of foodstuffs, which means that, thanks to the effort of the Financial Risk Oversight and Analytics team, $26,000 worth of foodstuffs will be distributed in the greater Quebec City area.
Way to go, team! Not only was the soup hearty, rich and comforting—so was your involvement!
