Help islanders facing cancer through Harness the Hope PEI

March 27, 2023

Our colleague Samantha Gallant, iA's Client Relationship Manager and Prince Edward Island native, has been the lead organizer for Harness the Hope PEI since 2019.

In the past four years, Samantha and her team have raised almost a quarter of a million dollars for Island residents with cancer.

Samantha and her team are entering their fifth year and look forward to offering hope and confidence to the islanders.

Help them by attending the Harness the hope PEI event on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at Red Shores Charlottetown.

Your commitment will help fund critical programs and services provided by the Canadian Cancer Society of PEI, the cancer departments of Prince County Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital, and Hospice PEI. These include:

  • • Cancer information services
  • • Travel
  • • Telephone line
  • • Wigs, bandanas and prostheses
  • • Fund for families attending Camp Goodtimes for children with cancer
  • • Funding to house support persons and caregivers at the Lodge that Gives in Halifax
  • • Help funding medical equipment for hospitals

Moreover, iA Financial Group will support every employee involved through its donation policy for employees who are involved in their community.

Join Samantha and her team. It’s always time to make a difference!
