Benoît Gosselin, a group savings representative with Investia and a financial security advisor at the Trois-Rivières agency, has been involved with the Fondation SSS de l'Énergie for several years now. As the need for health and social services continues to grow, he has also decided to increase his donations year after year.
Benoît explains to us why he is so committed to this cause:
“I chose this foundation because it impacts people in my region: Shawinigan and surrounding areas. It also makes it possible to offer better healthcare services, particularly improved pediatric care. This is particularly important to me since one of my children has had to use several specialized services in the past.
In practical terms, my donation this year has enabled the purchase of a rocking chair to facilitate breastfeeding and provide comfort for mothers in the immunization waiting room, a television to broadcast educational content and a baby scale.”
As a sign of support for Benoît’s commitment, iA Financial Group has made a donation to the Foundation under its employee community engagement donation policy.
Congratulations Benoit!
