United Way-Centraide Quebec and Chaudière-Appalaches announces iA as the largest contributor to their 2020 campaign
March 31, 2021On March 9, United Way-Centraide Québec and Chaudière-Appalaches announced the results of their recent fundraising campaign: tens of thousands of donors and more than 500 local businesses helped them raise a record $15,941,372. Of these businesses, iA Financial Group led the largest workplace campaign of the 2020 United Way fundraising campaign raising a total of $1,282,397.
“We know that that the needs of the community are growing. And the pandemic has only amplified existing problems. At iA Financial Group, we strongly believe in the positive impact that collective mobilization can have. That’s why we have supported United Way-Centraide for so long. We know that getting involved this way means that our whole society benefits,” said Denis Ricard, President and Chief Executive Officer, when the results were announced.
The success of our 2020 campaign also earned us the 2020 Distinction Award in the category Insurance and Financial Services – Over 1,000 Employees. United Way-Centraide Québec and Chaudière-Appalaches has also released an announcement about the success of our campaign (French only).
