Julie Martel, Director, Mergers and Acquisitions, participated in the 2020 CIBC Run for the Cure to help raise money for the Canadian Cancer Society. This year, Julie raised more money than ever, a whopping $7,455!
This is the most money raised by an individual in the Quebec race. Quebec City participants raised a total of $65,000 in the first virtual edition of the event. The collective effort of Julie and her donors represents over 11% of the total amount!
At the end of her race, Julie wanted to express her great pride and appreciation of her donors.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Your support of this cause is very touching and pushes me to invest myself even more year after year.
Your donation will be used to support innovative life-saving research and support programs for breast cancer patients and their families. We’ve already made enormous progress and will continue to do so thanks to your support. Together we will change the future of breast cancer.
Thanks once again for your generous donation. Together, we have made a huge difference.
Until next year!
Julie
