Bénévoles d’Expertise (BE) recently recognized and celebrated the five and ten years of commitment and dedication of 39 volunteers and organizations, including our colleagues Isabelle Blackburn, President and COO, iAAH, and Dominique Carrier, Employee Experience Advisor.
These two received this distinction because, in the words of BE, “their trust, loyalty, commitment and collaboration are greatly appreciated and help BE create sustainable change in management and governance for non-profit organizations (NPOs).”
Isabelle Blackburn has been working with BE for five years. Beyond having a huge heart, Isabelle’s over 20 years of experience as a senior manager, in both the private and public sectors, is of great value to the NGOs she supports. Isabelle is dedicated and full of energy, and she cares deeply about those around her. Committed to a job well done, she is constantly motivating them to improve. Isabelle has, since 2020, been Chair of BE’s Board of Directors.
Steeped in communications and marketing, Dominique Carrier is the expert volunteer everyone turns to when it comes to brand image and creating a buzz around the services offered by the organizations she works with. In 10 years and across 13 mandates, she has dedicated over 300 hours to transferring expertise. Dominique is the epitome of unparalleled professionalism and supports her associates with kindness and respect.
Congratulations, Isabelle and Dominique!
