Major donation of $500,000 to the Fondation du CHU de Québec for innovative cancer treatments

We are proud to support the Fondation du CHU de Québec and its hospital research chair in theranostics with a major donation.

The multidisciplinary team at the Research Centre, founded in 2021, is the largest in Canada. Our sizeable donation has enabled the Research Centre and its nuclear medicine specialists to achieve highly promising results.

Theranostics is an innovative treatment method that combines radioisotope therapy with state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging. It is currently emerging as a targeted treatment for cancer, particularly prostate cancer. It enables patients to prolong their lives and enjoy better quality of life. It represents over 300 treatments and 100 new patients per year.
