For five years now, Julie Martel, Vice-President, Corporate Development has been involved with the CIBC Run for the Cure organizing committee.
You are invited to join her to walk or run 1 or 5 km on Sunday, October 1, at the Base Plein Air Sainte-Foy. You and your coworkers can join in and raise funds to support breast cancer research.
iA Financial Group will support each member of the team by making a donation under its donation policy for employees who get involved in their community. If you sign up for the Run as a participant, don’t forget to fill out the iA donation request form. The company will recognize your community involvement by contributing to your fundraising.
Marie-Michèle Turbide and Annie Lelievre have also accepted the roles of co-captains of the iA Financial Group Quebec City team.

Lastly, we invite you to read Julie’s touching invitation below.
This year, I’m renewing my commitment to the cause by once again joining the organizing committee for the 2023 edition of the Quebec City Run for the Cure. Once again this year, I’m supporting my daughter Anne-Frédérique who inspired me to get involved. Her motivation to once again rise to the challenge of organizing and ensuring the success of this event organized entirely by volunteers is impressive.
Last year, with the help of our colleagues, Marie-Michèle Turbide and Julie Picard, we formed an iA Financial Group Quebec City team and an iA Financial Group City of Montreal team. The Quebec City team earned the Quebec City Entrepreneurial Spirit Award by raising $12,701.60. This year, Marie-Michèle and Annie Lelievre have agreed to share the role of captain of the Quebec City team.
I invite you to join us in making a commitment to the cause this year. Signing up for the Run, making a donation or showing your support in any other way will make all the difference.
Thank you for your support. Your donation is always appreciated. Together, let us continue our efforts for the cause.
Julie, together for the cause, together for life.
