The Insurance Cup reaches new highs for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada!
February 4, 2022As you may recall, Ken Godfray, Regional VP, Sales (British Columbia), is very involved with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada (LLSC). In 2020, he set up a friendly competition for insurance companies: The Insurance Cup presented by iA Financial Group. This challenge among competitors has been a veritable success since then.
This year, a total of $147,593 was collected by inspiring the insurance industry to rise to the occasion and raise funds for the LLSC!
“In two years, it raised over $210,000 and we anticipate that this year will be our biggest year yet”, said Ken. “Our biggest accomplishment this year is massively increasing participation with Sun Life and PPI, both raising more than $20,000 each respectively.”
The LLSC also took the opportunity to praise Ken and iA Financial Group for this amazing support:
Thank you to iA Financial Group for all that you do. Thank you for inspiring your community and for being true leaders in philanthropy.
Way to go, Ken, and long live the Insurance Cup!
