We’re fighting the dropout rate by supporting the Parcours HUBBLE program

July 26, 2023

At iA Financial Group, education and student retention is something we hold close to our heart. That’s why we are proud to financially support Educaid’s new program, Parcours HUBBLE.

Named in honour of the astrophysicist Edwin Hubble, the HUBBLE program, an initiative that complements the PERSEVERA grants, is the result of a rigorous process undertaken by the Educaid team. Over 20 experts helped develop and review this program to create a high-impact project that makes a real difference.

HUBBLE will give young people everything they need to have a positive two-day group experience in an unforgettable location. After their stay, they will be offered personalized support from a professional once a month until June to reinforce what they have learned. This nine-month, fully personalized experience will give these vulnerable young people the tools they need to stay in school. The approach taken in this program will then be studied in a research project at Université Laval.

Wishing the best of success to the young people who are pursuing their education with HUBBLE!
